What I do
From an idea to a system
The usual client is a startup or an R&D team. They arrive with an idea and a budget, not with a list of technologies.

Idea and budget
We pin down what you want to achieve and what you can spend. The scope comes out of those two constraints: what happens now, and what stays out.

Feasibility study
Before the budget is committed I check whether the core of the project holds, where the risks are and how long it takes. The answer can be no.

R&D consulting
For systems that do not exist yet. Trials, a prototype, and a reasoned choice about what to continue and what to drop.

AI in connected systems
AI joins a system that is already made of parts talking to each other: plants, data, processes, people. Not a module sitting on the side.

Handover
From the prototype to the system people use. Documentation and a proper handover, so you are not dependent on me to keep it running.

I'm Davide. The work starts when there is an idea and a real limit, of time or money. I don't fill that limit with technologies. I use it to decide what has to work first.
I move in short cycles. Each cycle closes a question, not a slide. If the trial doesn't hold, we cut it. If it does, we build through to handover, with what you need so you don't depend on me.
